I am an Ontario-certified educator with experience in K-University contexts. In my current role at greatbrainlearning.ca, I have seen the profound effect that individual difference and goal orientations have on motivation and performance, and the power of feedback to improve teaching and learning. Teaching without assessment and assessment without learning does not serve students well because it does not furnish them with the next steps they need to progress.
